The Qantas Airways Boeing 707-138B VH-EBA 'City of Melbourne' was used to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Australia's first 'Air Mail' flight, between Sydney and Melbourne. On this occasion VH-EBA flew from Sydney (Kingsford Smith) to Melbourne (Essendon) in 38 minutes and 25 seconds. |
