The ex-Royal Australian Air Force Douglas C-47A-20-DL A65-5, having been deemed to be 'surplus-to-requirements' and sold to Australian National Airways Pty Ltd for 6,250 Australian Pounds, was delivered to A.N.A. for conversion to civilan airliner standards, including the fitment of Wright Cyclone radial engines. It was registered as VH-INB on September 14.
