The Air New Zealand Boeing 747-219B ZK-NZX, having been leased to Virgin Atlantic Airways for 5 months, was returned to Air New Zealand at Los Angeles (California) at the end of the lease. The aircraft was repainted into the standard Air New Zealand livery before it returned to service.
