On This Day - July 21, 2014.

The Virgin Australia Boeing 737-8FE ZK-PBK 'Lighthouse Beach' was ferried from Christchurch (New Zealand) to Melbourne (Tullamarine) as Flight VA9949, following its repainting into the standard Virgin Australia livery. It was then returned to immediate service, operating Flight VA185 from Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Nadi (Fiji).
