The Ansett Airlines Boeing 737-277A VH-CZU operated its last revenue service as Flight AN139 from Sydney (Kingsford Smith) to Melbourne (Tullamarine). It was then withdrawn from service and prepared for its ferry flight to the United States.

The Ansett Airlines Boeing 737-33A VH-CZT was rolled out at Melbourne (Tullamarine) with decals of the 3 Sydney 2000 Olympic Games mascots - 'Syd', 'Millie' and 'Ollie' - on the rear fuselage. These decals were in November 2000.
