The Ansett-ANA Douglas C-54E-10-DC VH-INM, departed Melbourne (Essendon) on its ferry flight to the United Kingdom (Southend) where it was converted by Aviation Traders to an ATL-98A Carvair freighter. This was the 21st and last Douglas DC-4 airframe that was converted to the 'Carvair' configuration.
