The MacRobertson Miller Aviation Company acquired the Field Aircraft Services Ltd Douglas C-47B-30-DK G-ANMA for 15,000 Pounds Sterling. It had arrived at Perth two days earlier. Following overhaul, it was entered onto the Australian Aircraft Register as VH-MML on April 20, 1954.

On This Day - February 20, 1960.

The Ansett-ANA Fokker F.27-2013 Friendship VH-FND arrived at Melbourne (Essendon) having completed its delivery flight from the Netherlands (Schiphol, Amsterdam). It was repainted into the Airlines of New South Wales livery before it was ferried to Sydney (Kingsford Smith) to enter service later that month.

The Ansett Australia Boeing 737-377 VH-CZB departed Melbourne (Tullamarine) on its ferry flight to the United Kingdom (Lasham) as Flight AN40, having been sold to the Dart Group Plc, following the collapse of Ansett.
