The BOAC Short S.23C Empire Class flying boat G-AETV 'Coriolanus' was transferred to Qantas Empire Airways in exchange for their S.23C Empire Class flying boat VH-ABF 'Cooee' that had been isolated in the western sector of the 'Horseshoe' route. 'Coriolanus' was reregistered as VH-ABG.
