The Qantas Airways Boeing 747-438 VH-OJO departed Sydney (Kingsford Smith) on its ferry flight to the United States (California / Victorville) for storage and eventual scrapping. On engine shut-down the aircraft had flown 92,906 hours with 11,187 cycles. It was broken-up in 2014
