On This Day - April 07, 1988. The Air Queensland Douglas C-47B-30-DK VH-BPN was sold at auction to Air Rambler (Australia) Pty Ltd. The aircraft was repainted with a modified 'Air Queensland' livery and with 'DC-3 Queensland' titles. It was back in the air after June 03 when DC-3 Queensland was issued with its Air Operators Certificate. |
