The Qantas Airways Boeing 737-838 VH-VXK 'Katherine' entered service, operating Flight QF610 from Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Brisbane.

The Qantas Airways Boeing 767-238ER VH-EAO 'City of Cairns' departed Sydney (Kingsford Smith) on its ferry flight to the United States (California / Victorville) as Flight QF6019, for storage and eventual sale.

On This Day - July 15, 2011.

The Qantas Airways Boeing 737-838 VH-VZO 'Bendigo' was rolled out at Melbourne (Tullamarine) with 'Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia' decals. It was then ferried Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Sydney (Kingsford Smith) where it was officially dedicated to Prostate Cancer by the Qantas CEO Alan Joyce. It entered service later that day operating Flight QF602 Sydney (Kingsford Smith) - Melbourne (Tullamarine).

On This Day - July 15, 2011.

The Qantas Airways Boeing 747-438 VH-OJS 'Hamilton Island' operated its last service in the special 'Soccoroos' livery, as Flight QF128 from Hong Kong to Sydney (Kingsford Smith). It was then ferried to Melbourne (Avalon) as Flight QF6195 later that day, where the decals were removed during its planned maintenance lay-up.
