The Qantas Airways Boeing 747-238B VH-EBA 'City of Canberra' departed Sydney (Kingsford Smith) on the first non-stop eastward crossing of the Pacific Ocean to the United States. It was being ferried to Seattle (Everett / Paine Field) to have new '10-abreast' seating modification work carried out. |
